We encourage you to print or save a copy for your records. Onya reserves the right to update these Terms as outlined below.

These Terms are between you and Onya, the brand owner and manufacturer of Onya contact lenses ("Onya," “we,” “us,” or “our”), and govern your use of www.onyalenses.com (the “Site”) and any Onya mobile application (the “App”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services or engage in any transactions through them. For details on how we collect, use, and protect your information, please review our Privacy Policy.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, but that does not guarantee acceptance. Shipping, taxes, and refund policies apply as outlined during checkout and in our Returns Policy.

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy, or reliability of the Services or Products. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Onya disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onya is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or any Products. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any), or USD $10.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onya, its affiliates, and staff against any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Services, Submissions, or violation of these Terms.

You may stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you end immediately, and we may delete your account or data without liability.

Unless otherwise required by local laws, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, England.
